We would like to make special mention of an excellent employee at Novotel Siam square.
We first met Mam in 2010 and were greeted by her beautiful smile and warmth in the executive lounge. She immediately made us feel relaxed and welcomed and made our stay positively memorable. Since then we have returned twice a year pre COVID. And then post covid have only just returned 02/2023, Mam has changed areas to the main restaurant, and her dedication to the service of the guests during her 23 years is worthy of great appreciation.

The international restaurant located on second floor of Novotel Siam, served mainly seafood in buffet setting. The food was good taste, many kinds and varies. The freshness was questionable, some had a bad smell. The service was quite slow. The price was reasonable. Credit card was acceptable. Reservation was recommended.

Value for money, Variety of dimsum with roasted ducks, peking ducks. Good for family weekend lunch.

Had a seafood dinner buffet here. The buffet started at 5.30 pm and last for 4.5 hours! Seafood was great, especially steamed mud crabs. Crab baked with vermicelli in clay pot is a must try too.

K.Kris and his staffs were always on hand to serve, clear the dishes and recommend some more food for us to try! 5 stars for food and services.
